渗滤浓缩液浸沥飞灰中氯及重金属的浸出行为 被引量:1

Leaching Characteristics of Chlorine and Heavy Metals by Leachate Concentrates from Fly Ash

摘要 遵循“以废治废”的研究思路,该文利用垃圾渗滤液浓缩液浸洗焚烧飞灰,研究了城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰和垃圾渗滤液浓缩液的环境无害化协同处置。对比考察了浸洗液种类、液固比、pH等参数对垃圾焚烧飞灰中氯及重金属脱除效果的影响。结果表明:浓缩液从飞灰中浸出氯的效果优于纯水,浸出氯的质量分别占总氯质量的42.6%和79.0%;浓缩液能浸出Cd、Cr等纯水不能浸出的重金属,酸性条件下有利于Cu、Zn、Cd等重金属的浸出;120 min浸出实验中,前30 min飞灰中氯的浸出量占98%以上,氯洗脱量随液固比的增加而增加,随pH增加而降低。XRD结果显示飞灰经过浓缩液浸洗后KCl、NaCl等特征峰消失,说明飞灰含有的氯盐在浸洗中被浸出。 Following the research idea of“waste treatment with waste”,the environmentally sound disposal of municipal solid waste(MSW)incineration fly ash and leachate concentrate was studied by using leachate concentrate to leachate.The effects of different leaching solutions,liquid-solid ratio and pH on the removal of chlorine and heavy metals from MSW fly ash were investigated.The results showed that the leaching of chlorine from fly ash by the concentrated solution was better than that by pure water,and the mass of leached chlorine accounted for 42.6%and 79.0%of the total chlorine mass,respectively;the concentrate can leach heavy metals that cannot be leached by pure water such as Cd and Cr,and the acidic conditions are favorable for leaching heavy metals such as Cu,Zn and Cd.In the 120 min leaching experiment,the amount of chlorine leaching from the fly ash in the first 30 min accounted for more than 98%,and the chlorine elution amount increases with the increase of liquid-solid ratio and decreases with the increase of pH value.The results of XRD shows that characteristic peaks of KCl and NaCl disappeared after the fly ash was leached by the concentrate,indicating that the chlorine salts contained in the fly ash were leached out in the leaching.
