摘要
本文分析了工业冷却循环水系统能耗高的主要原因,介绍了工业循环水系统目前主要采用的节能技术,通过不同技术结合应用方案的比较分析,得出采用高效节能泵技术和回水余压利用技术结合的方案,该方案适应性强、执行方便,但节能量较小。
This paper first analyzes the main reasons for high energy consumption of industrial cooling circulating water system,introduces the mainly used energy-saving technologies for industrial circulating water system.Through analysis of the different technologies combined with application schemes,it is concluded that the high efficiency of energy-saving pumping technology combined with the return water residual pressure useage technology is strong adaptability,easy to implement,and less energy saving.
