退火对热轧Fe-36%Ni因瓦合金组织与性能的影响

Effect of annealing on microstructure and properties of hot-rolled Fe-36%Ni invar alloy

摘要 通过背散射电子衍射(EBSD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热膨胀测试、硬度测试和拉伸试验等测试手段研究了退火对热轧因瓦合金显微组织、晶界分布、热膨胀性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,热轧后的合金为单一奥氏体组织并具有较低的热膨胀系数。退火温度从600℃升高到900℃,合金的再结晶比例不断提高并形成大量∑3孪晶界,小角度晶界逐渐转变为大角度晶界,热膨胀系数逐渐降低,强度降低而塑性增加,其中900℃保温10 min后合金完全再结晶并伴随大量的退火孪晶,抗拉强度和屈服强度分别为401 MPa和243 MPa,伸长率为55.8%,获得了最低的热膨胀系数0.89×10^(-6)℃^(-1)。 Effect of annealing on microstructure,grain boundary distribution,thermal expansion and mechanical properties of hot-rolled Fe-36%Ni invar alloy was investigated by means of backscattered electron diffraction(EBSD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),thermal expansion test,hardness test and tensile test.The results show that the hot-rolled alloy has a single austenite structure with low coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE).When the annealing temperature increases from 600℃ to 900℃,the recrystallization ratio of the alloy increases and a large number of ∑3 twin boundaries form,the small angle grain boundaries gradually change to large angle grain boundaries,the CTE and the strength gradually decreases,and the plasticity increases.After annealing at 900℃ for 10 min,the alloy completely recrystallizes and accompanies by a large amount of annealing twins,the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy are 401 MPa and 243 MPa,respectively,the elongation is 55.8%,and the lowest CTE of 0.89×10^(-6)℃^(-1)is obtained.
