摘要
推进职教高考不仅是加快“技能强国”建设的有力支撑,构建高质量教育体系的必然诉求,也是我国职业教育招生考试制度的本土探索与经验积累。目前,大部分省域根据国家“文化素质+职业技能”的基本模式,设计了凸显职教高考类型特征,各有地方特色的职教高考制度。但在实施过程中面临着不少问题和挑战:职教高考以省级统筹为主,社会公认度不高;“立交桥”建设不健全,职教高考吸引力不强;职业教育升学倾向明显,职教高考功能定位偏离;考核内容缺乏统一标准,职教高考的科学性不强。因此,新时代推进职教高考改革,应完善国家顶层制度设计,切实提高职教高考的地位,推进高质量教育体系建设,搭建学生成长“立交桥”,强化职教高考选拔功能,提高科学性与公平性,树立科学成才观,营造良好教育生态。
The promotion of college entrance examination for vocational education is not only the powerful support of accelerating the construction of“skill power”,the inevitable demand of building a high quality education system,but also the local exploration and experience accumulation of our enrollment examination system for vocational education.At present,according to the basic model of“cultural quality+vocational skills”,most provinces have designed the vocational education college entrance examination system that highlights the characteristics of the college entrance examination for vocational education and has its own characteristics.However,there are many problems and challenges in the process of implementation:college entrance examination for vocational education is dominated by provincial overall planning,and the social recognition is not high;the“overpass”construction is not perfect,and the college entrance examination for vocational education is not attractive;the tendency of vocational education to advance to nigher education is obvious,and the function orientation of college entrance examination for vocational education deviates;the content of assessment lacks a unified standard,and the scientific nature of college entrance examination for vocational education is not strong.Therefore,to promote the reform of college entrance examination for vocational education in the new era,we should improve the design of the national top-level system,effectively improve the status of vocational education college entrance examination,promote the construction of high-quality education system,build a“flyover”for student growth,strengthen the selection function of college entrance examination for vocational education,improve the science and fairness,establish a scientific view of talent,and create a good education ecology.
