摘要
床层压降增大过快是限制固定床加氢装置运行周期的关键因素。通过对床层结垢的原因进行分析,介绍了几种抑制床层结垢的方法,包括设置原料入口过滤器、积垢篮筐、过滤塔盘、内置集垢器、采取保护剂及级配技术、进行工艺改进以及采用化学方法。随着原油劣质化趋势加剧,如何抑制固定床加氢反应器床层结垢、延缓床层压降的升高速率、延长装置的运行周期是目前固定床重油加氢技术的研究重点。
The rapid increase of bed pressure drop is the key factor limiting the operation cycle of the fixed-bed hydroprocessing unit.By analyzing the causes of bed fouling,several methods of inhibiting bed fouling were introduced,including the installation of raw material inlet filters,fouling baskets,filter tray,built-in dirt collectors,the use of protective agents and grading techniques,process improvements and the use of chemical methods.With the use of increasingly heavy crude oil,how to restrain the bed scaling,delay the rise rate of bed pressure drop and prolong the operation period of the fixed-bed hydroprocessing reactors is currently the research focus of fixed-bed heavy oil hydroprocessingtechnologies.
