摘要
为解决水性钢结构醇酸涂料干燥速度慢和涂层初期耐水性差的问题,以不饱和脂肪酸、多元醇、多元酸及酸酐合成了醇酸树脂,并采用苯乙烯、丙烯酸类单体对其改性,制备了水性苯丙改性醇酸树脂。利用FT-IR对其结构进行了表征,通过凝胶渗透色谱、粒径、接触角、初期耐水性等测试研究了原料及其用量及对树脂和清漆性能的影响。结果表明:苯丙树脂玻璃化温度设计为70℃时,随其用量增加,改性树脂涂层表干速度加快。随着苯丙树脂玻璃化温度提高,涂层表干速度加快。丙烯酸单体质量分数为3%时,改性树脂水分散体的粒径为84.82 nm,涂层干燥2 h后接触角为99.5°,初期耐水性可达96 h,实干耐水性168 h,可广泛应用于钢结构防腐领域。
In order to solve the problems of slow drying speed and poor water resistance at the initial stage of waterborne steel structure alkyd coating,the alkyd resin was synthesized with unsaturated fatty acid,polyol,polybasic acid and anhydride,and further modified with styrene and acrylic monomers to prepare waterborne styrene acrylic resin modified alkyd resin.The structure was characterized by FT-IR.The effects of raw materials and their dosages on the properties of resin and varnish were investigated by gel permeation chromatography and tests of particle size,contact angle,and initial water resistance.The results showed that when the glass transition temperature of styrene acrylic resin was designed as 70℃,the surface drying speed of the modified resin coating was increased with the increase of styrene acrylic resin amount.With the increase of glass transition temperature of styrene acrylic resin,the surface drying speed of the coating was accelerated.when the amount of acrylic acid monomer was 3%,the particle size of the aqueous dispersion was 84.82 nm.After the modified coating was dried for 2 h,its water contact angle reached 99.5°.The initial water resistance of the modified coatings was 96 h,and the dry water resistance was 168 h,which indicated that it could be widely used in the field of steel structure anti-corrosion.
