航空用国产碳纤维/聚酰亚胺复合材料耐环境老化性能

Environmental aging resistance of domestic carbon fiber/polyimide composites for aviation

摘要 选用国产T800级碳纤维和聚酰亚胺(PI)树脂通过RTM工艺制备了聚酰亚胺复合材料。采用酸性盐雾、湿热环境对复合材料进行老化处理,另外采用润滑油、燃油、蒸馏水、人工海水常温浸泡复合材料1000 h,研究复合材料的耐热及典型力学性能变化。结果表明:酸性盐雾处理后材料的弯曲和层剪性能小幅降低,开孔拉伸性能无变化,开孔压缩性能显著降低,耐热性能轻微降低。湿热处理对开孔拉伸性能无影响,开孔压缩性能及耐热性能轻微降低。液体浸泡后复合材料的面内剪切强度和模量均有所降低,对室温面内剪切性能的影响大于高温性能,层间剪切性能未明显降低,开孔压缩性能轻微下降。润滑油浸泡造成耐热性轻微降低,其余液体浸泡未造成耐热性下降。结合上述结果认为该聚酰亚胺复合材料的耐环境性能良好。 The domestic T800 grade carbon fiber and polyimide(PI)resin were used to prepare polyimide composites by RTM process.The composite materials were treated by acidic salt mist and hygrothermal aging,moreover,the composites were soaked in lubricating oil,fuel oil,distilled water,and artificial seawater at room temperature for 1000 hours to study the heat resistance and typical mechanical properties changes of the composites.The results showed that after the acid salt mist treatment,the flexural and laminar shear properties of the materials were slightly reduced,the open hole tensile properties did not change,the open hole compression properties were significantly reduced,and the heat resistance was slightly reduced.Hygrothermal treatment had no effect on the open hole tensile properties,open hole compression performance and the heat resistance were slightly reduced.After immersion in the four liquid environments,the in-plane shear strength and modulus of the composites were reduced,and the impact on the in-plane shear performance in the room temperature was greater than the high temperature performance.The layer shear performance was not significantly reduced,and the open hole compression performance was slightly decreased.Immersion in lubricating oil caused a slight decrease in heat resistance,while immersion in other liquids did not cause a decrease in heat resistance.Combined with the above results,the polyimide composite had good environmental resistance.
