摘要
厘清数字基础设施与出口技术复杂度之间的关系,对于培育经济发展新动能与建设贸易强国有着重要意义。该文基于2011-2020年中国30个省市的面板数据,研究发现:数字基础设施水平的提升对于出口技术复杂度的增强具有显著效果,但作用效果存在区域异质性。对于东部地区来说,尤为明显。此外,数字基础设施还存在正向空间溢出效应,即积极影响周边省份的出口技术复杂度。因此,应加大数字基础设施投入水平,促进区域协调发展,真正实现从“贸易大国”迈向“贸易强国”。
Clarifying the relationship between digital infrastructure and export technical sophistication is of great significance for new driving force for economic developmentand building a tradable state.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper finds that the improvement of digital infrastructure has a significant effect on the enhancement of export technical complexity,but there was regional heterogeneity in effect.For the eastern regions,such effect is especially obvious.In addition,digital infrastructure also has a positive spatial spillover effect,which means that it positively affects the export technology sophistication of neighboring provinces.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the investment of digital infrastructure and promote regional coordinated development so as to truly realize the transformation from a"a trader of quantity"to a"a trader of quality".
