苦豆子药材提取过程中成分的量变规律研究

摘要 实验研究苦豆子药材提取过程中多种生物碱成分的量变规律。采用高效液相色谱法,以水作为提取溶媒,研究苦豆子药材在不同浸泡时间、不同提取时间和提取次数下提取液中7种生物碱成分量变规律。随着浸泡时间增加,氧化槐果碱、氧化苦参碱、槐定碱含量增加明显,在浸泡3 h达到最高,3 h后开始下降,浸泡时间不能超过3 h;随着提取时间的增加,除金雀花碱外其余6种生物碱在提取3 h的含量最高,提取时间不宜超过3 h;随着提取次数的增加,7种生物碱的量也在逐步增加,并逐步趋于稳定。表明苦豆子中生物碱类成分的含量,对提取工艺的各个因素比较敏感,7种生物碱成分的提取率与浸泡时间、提取时间呈先上升后下降的趋势,和提取次数呈正相关并随着提取次数的增加逐步趋于稳定,研究结果对苦豆子进一步研究提供参考。 The quantitative variation of alkaloids in the extraction of Sophora alopecuroides L.was studied.Using water as extraction solvent,HPLC was used to study the changes of seven alkaloid components in the extraction solution of Sophora alopecuroides L.under different soaking time,extraction time and extraction times.With the increase of soaking time,the contents of Oxysophocarpine,Oxymatrine and Sophoridine increased obviously,and reached the highest at 3 hours,and began to decline after 3 hours.Soaking time could not exceed 3 hours.With the increase of extraction time,except for Sparteine,the content of other 6 alkaloids was the highest after 3 hours of extraction,and the extraction time should not exceed 3 hours.With the increase of extraction times,the amount of 7 alkaloids increased gradually and tended to be stable.The results showed that the content of alkaloids in Sophora alopecuroides L.was sensitive to the factors of extraction technology,and the extraction rate,soaking time and extraction time of the seven alkaloids increased at first and then decreased,and the extraction times were positive correlation and gradually stabilized with the increase of the extraction times,the results of this study provide a reference for further study of Sophora alopecuroides L.
