摘要
该研究基于网络药理学方法,利用多个数据库检索并筛选得到的219个疲劳(Fatigue)相关的靶点为红花抗疲劳潜在靶点,以此构建红花抗疲劳潜在靶点蛋白互作网络(PPI)并进行分析筛选出Akt1、Pik3ca、Pik3r1等33个关键靶点。对红花抗疲劳关键靶点进行GO功能分析和KEGG通路富集以初步探究红花抗疲劳的潜在生物学机制,为红花作为抗疲劳特医食品添加成分的进一步研究提供理论基础及研究方向。
Based on network pharmacology methods and multiple databases,219 fatigue related targets were searched and screened as safflower potential anti fatigue targets.In this way,the potential anti fatigue target protein interaction network(PPI)of safflower was constructed,and 33 key targets such as Akt1,Pik3ca,and Pik3r1 were analyzed and screened.GO functional analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment on key anti fatigue targets of safflower were conducted to preliminarily explore the potential biological mechanism of safflower anti fatigue,providing a theoretical basis and research direction for further research on safflower as an additive in anti fatigue special medical food.
