摘要 提升学生的实践能力是新工科背景下ICT技术人才培养中不可或缺的一个环节,也是提升人才创新能力的重要途径.通过分析高职-本科衔接“3+2”电子信息工程专业学生ICT课程实践能力培养的必要性,以师生共创、校企合作、专业竞赛、学科融合、评价激励等角度探讨提升电子信息工程专业学生实践能力的基本途径,在学生创新创业实践能力培养方面取得了较好效果,为探索培养能够适应产业和经济发展的复合型新工科ICT人才提供了思路. Improving students'practical ability is an indispensable part of ICT technology talents training in the context of the new engineering discipline,and an important way to enhance the innovation ability of talents.Through analyzing the necessity of cultivating practical ability of ICT courses for students of electronic information engineering in the"3+2"higher education-undergraduate articulation,we discuss the basic ways to enhance the practical ability of students of electronic information engineering major from multiple perspectives,such as teacher-student co-creation,school-enterprise cooperation,professional competition,discipline integration and evaluation incentive.It helps cultivate composite new engineering ICT talents who can adapt to industrial and economic development,and also provides reference for the practical cultivation of ICT courses for students of other new engineering majors.
