摘要 针对复杂型面的钛及钛合金零件镀硬铬合格率低的现状,研究了一种磷含量为5%~12%的化学镀镍替代新工艺,设计了3种不同的前处理方式,通过对不同方式所得试样镍层外观、结合力、硬度、耐蚀性及磷含量等的检测对比,确定了Ti55531钛合金化学镀镍的工艺流程及相关工艺参数。结果表明:化学镀镍层硬度为580~650 HV0.05,接近硬铬层,能代替镀硬铬层用于形状复杂、不易或不能镀铬,但有较高耐磨性要求的零件的表面防护。 In order to solve the problem of low qualified rate of hard chromium plating on Ti or Ti alloy complex surface,a new electroless nickel plating with phosphorus content of 5%~12%was studied.Three different preprocessing mode were designed to get detection comparison of the appearance,binding force,hardness,corrosion resistance and phosphorous content of the chemical Ni plating layer,and the technological process and related parameters of electroless nickel plating on Ti55531 titanium alloy were determined.The results showed that the hardness of the electroless Ni plating layer was 580~650 HV0.05,which was close to hard chromium layer.It could replace hard chromium coating for face protection needs of parts with complex shape,not easy or can not be plated with high wear resistance.
