摘要
由于航空航天、生物医学、光学、电子和精密仪器等领域对曲面复杂程度高的精密微型零件的迫切需求,微细铣削技术已成为当前国内外精密制造领域中的重要研究内容。首先介绍了微细铣削技术的概念,阐述了微细铣削技术的优点与应用,然后从微细铣削机理、微细铣削加工机床和微细铣削加工刀具等3个方面对微细铣削相关技术进行了研究,最后从加强微细铣削机理的研究等4个方面对微细铣削技术的发展进行了展望,以期为我国微细铣削技术的发展提供参考性建议。
With the urgent demand for precision micro parts with high complexity in the fields of aerospace,biomedicine,optics,electronics,precision instruments and so on,the micro milling technology has been becoming an important research content in the current precision manufacturing field at home and abroad.First we introduced the concept of micro milling technology,and elaborated on the advantages and applications of micro milling technology.Then we studied the key technologies of micro milling from three aspects including micro milling mechanism,micro milling machine tool,and micro milling tool.Finally we looked forward to the development of micro milling technology from four aspects such as strengthening the research on micro milling mechanism,which provided reference suggestions for the development of micro milling technology in China.
