空调系统永磁同步电机运转特性研究

摘要 针对压缩机内永磁同步电机在运行过程中存在的扭矩脉动现象,通过电机多工况性能试验,得到不同工况下扭矩-时间、转速-时间和功率-时间的变化曲线。通过试验方法,探究永磁同步电机启动特性,运行过程中扭矩脉动对转速和功率的影响,以及理论功率与实际功率的偏差。永磁同步电机在0~3 s内,转速、功率和扭矩保持不变;3~10 s内,转速迅速平缓上升,而扭矩和功率呈现波动升高的趋势;10 s后转速在3100 r/min上下波动,扭矩在恒定扭矩上下波动,功率呈现波动状态。结果表明:在电机正常运转前期,即0~10 s期间,功率的变化与转速和扭矩共同决定;在10 s之后,功率的变化主要由扭矩决定,并且外部负载因素的影响较大。 In view of the torque pulsation phenomenon that exists in the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)in the compressor,the torque-time,speed-time and power-time variation curves under different working conditions were obtained through the multi-working condition performance experiment.Through the experimental method,the starting characteristics of PMSM,the influence of torque pulsation on speed and power during operation,and the deviation between theoretical power and actual power are explored.The speed,power and torque of PMSM remain unchanged within 0 to 3 sec-onds.Within 3 to 10 seconds,the speed rises rapidly and smoothly,while the torque and power show a trend of fluctuation and increase.After 10 seconds,the speed fluctuates around 3100 r/min,the torque fluctuates up and down the constant torque,and the power fluctuates.The results show that in the early stage of the normal operation of the motor,that is,during the period of 0 to 10 seconds,the change of power is jointly determined by the speed and torque;after 10 seconds,the change of power is mainly determined by the torque,and the influence of external load factors is greater.
