摘要
油脂是动物营养中的一类重要营养物质,在畜禽生产中,合理利用油脂可提高畜禽的生产性能以及饲料利用率。尽管油脂具有多种营养作用,但幼龄动物消化道发育不完善,胆汁酸和脂肪酶分泌不足,无法彻底消化吸收饲料中的油脂,多余的油脂则被幼龄动物排出体外。而成年动物日粮中的油脂添加比例高,消化分解油脂所需要的胆汁酸远远超过畜禽机体内能够分泌的量,无法彻底消化吸收油脂。乳化剂是一种表面活性剂,在饲料中添加乳化剂能够使油脂溶解在水中,大大提高了饲料油脂的消化和吸收。卵磷脂是动植物组织及卵黄中的一种含磷脂类物质,作为一种优质的乳化剂,卵磷脂除了广泛应用于食品行业外,还可以用于畜牧业,以显著提高动物的生长性能,增加机体对营养物质的吸收利用,提高动物生产的经济效益。本文阐述了卵磷脂在猪生产中的应用进展,为相关的研究和生产提供理论依据。
Oils and fats were important class of nutrient in animal nutrition.Rational use of oils and fats in livestock and poultry production could improve the production performance of livestock and poultry and the efficiency of feed utilization.Although oils and fats had many nutritional functions,the digestive tract of young animals was not well developed,and the secretion of bile acids and lipases was insufficient,so that the oils and fats in the feed could not be completely digested and absorbed,and the excess oils and fats were excluded by young animals.However,the high proportion of oils and fats added to the diet of adult animals,the bile acid needed to digest and decompose the oils and fats were far exceeds the amount that could be secreted in the body of livestock and poultry,and it cannot be completely digested and absorbed.Emulsifier was a kind of surfactant.Adding emulsifier to the feed could dissolve oils and fats in water,which greatly improved the digestion and absorption of oils and fats.Lecithin was a kind of phospholipid-containing substance in animal and plant tissues and yolk.As a high-quality emulsifier,in addition to being widely used in the food industry,it could also significantly improve the growth performance of animals in animal husbandry,increase the absorption and utilization of nutrients by the body,and improve the economic benefits of animal production.This paper expounded the application progress of lecithin in pig production,and provided theoretical basis for related research and production.
