摘要
主要研究了铁路货车运输过程中材料腐蚀问题。采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱和X射线衍射等多种技术,分析C_(64)货车车体材料腐蚀特征。同时,利用离子色谱技术研究车体内的残留液体。结果表明:残留液体中存在较高浓度的Cl^(-)和SO_(4)^(2-),这两种离子是引起C_(64)货车车体发生腐蚀的主要因素。在湿润环境下,Cl^(-)和SO_(4)^(2-)会加速车体金属材料的电化学腐蚀。
The corrosion of materials in the process of railway freight transport was studied.The corrosion characteristics of C_(64)truck body materials were analyzed by metallography microscope,scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy spectrum and X-ray diffraction.At the same time,the residual liquid in the vehicle body was studied by ion chromatography.The results show that there are high concentrations of Cl^(-)and SO_(4)^(2-)in the residual liquid,which are the main factors causing the corrosion of C_(64)truck body.In wet environment,Cl^(-)and SO_(4)^(2-)can accelerate the electrochemical corrosion of metal materials in car body.
