摘要
针对某球铁缸盖铸造过程中出现的缩松问题,通过对缩松发生部位进行分析研究,结合铸造模拟软件对现有工艺进行优化,通过改进浇注方式、优化冒口设计、增加明出气孔等措施,最终解决了缸盖缩松问题,并实现了批量生产。
Aiming at the shrinkage problem in the casting process of a cylinder head,the existing process was optimized by analyzing the location of shrinkage and combining with the casting simulation software.Measures such as improving pouring mode,optimizing riser design and increasing open air holes were adopted to finally solve the shrinkage problem of the cylinder head and realize mass production.
