城市地铁TBM隧道施工影响的数值分析

摘要 为研究城市地铁隧道TBM施工过程中周围土体及影响及衬砌、盾片的力学性能,本文采用有限元数值模拟的方式对某城市地铁的TBM隧道进行模拟分析。结果表明:随着开挖过程进行,拱顶土体的沉降变化不大,但平面影响范围较大。开挖过程中隧道侧向变形较竖向变形大,洞口的应力集中较为严重。开挖过程中的衬砌和管片的变形较小,满足板类受弯的变形要求,管片的应力集中主要在衬砌拼接处。 In order to study the mechanical properties of the surrounding soil and its influence as well as the lining and shield during TBM construction of an urban subway tunnel,the finite element numerical simulation method was used to simulate and analyze the TBM tunnel of an urban subway.The results show that with the excavation process,the soil settlement of the arch roof changes little,but the plane influence range is large.In the process of excavation,the lateral deformation of the tunnel is larger than the vertical deformation,and the stress concentration at the entrance is more serious.The deformation of lining and segment is small in the process of excavation,which meets the deformation requirements of plate bending.The stress concentration of segment is mainly at the splice of lining.
