摘要
为进一步提高大型龙门坐标测量机的综合性能,在对整机结构进行分析的基础上,对X轴导轨、横梁、立柱和气垫等关键零部件进行了机械结构的优化和创新性设计,并通过有限元法对新设计方案进行了应力、应变、屈曲等仿真分析,以对改进结构的强度和可靠性进行评估,降低质量风险。
In order to further improve the comprehensive performance of large-scale gantry coordinate measuring machines,based on the analysis of the overall structure,key components such as the X-axis guide rail,crossbeam,column,and air cushion were optimized and innovatively designed.The design scheme was simulated and analyzed for stress,strain,buckling,and other factors by using finite element method to evaluate the strength and reliability of the improved structure and reduce quality risks.
