摘要
研究旨在了解内蒙古自治区牛病毒性腹泻病(BVD)的流行规律,对内蒙古自治区的部分荷兰斯坦牛养殖场中BVD的流行情况进行调查,以期为我国BVD的诊断和预防管理提供一定参考。试验于2021—2022年期间,在内蒙古自治区6个荷兰斯坦牛养殖场采集了2 400份牛血清样品,采用荧光定量PCR技术探针法检测牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)抗原,运用牛病毒性腹泻/边界病抗体检测试剂盒cELISA检测BVDV抗体。结果显示,2 400份血清样品中,BVDV抗原阳性数量为460份,占总数的19.17%;其中鄂尔多斯牛场的阳性数最多,占检测样品的28.50%。BVDV抗体阳性数量为334份,占总数的13.92%;其中乌兰察布牛场的阳性数最多,占检测样品的19.50%。研究表明,内蒙古自治区部分荷兰斯坦牛养殖场仍然存在BVDV感染情况,为预防疾病的蔓延和暴发,须采用综合性措施对BVD进行预防和治疗。
The aim of the study was to understand the prevalence of BVD in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and to investigate the prevalence of BVD in some Hollandstein cattle farms in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,in order to provide some reference for the diagnosis,prevention and management of BVD in China.During the period of 2021 to 2022,2400 bovine serum samples were collected from six Hollandstein cattle farms in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The BVDV antigen was detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR probe method and BVDV antibody was detected by cELISA antibody detection kit for bovine viral diarrhea/border disease.The results showed that 460 of 2400 serum samples were positive for BVDV antigen,accounting for 19.17%.Among them,the positive number of Ordos cattle farm was the largest,accounting for 28.50%of the tested samples.The number of positive BVDV antibodies was 334,accounting for 13.92%of the total.Among them,the positive number of Ulanqab cattle farm was the largest,accounting for 19.50%of the tested samples.The study indicates that BVDV infection still existed in some Hollandstein cattle farms in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.In order to prevent the spread and outbreak of the disease,comprehensive measures should be taken to prevent and treat BVD.
