摘要
研究旨在通过不同部位注射安痛定对初产母猪分娩进行用药试验,分析安痛定在初产母猪产程、繁殖性状以及母猪产后食欲恢复时间等方面的作用。试验将123头日龄、体重接近的母猪随机分为3组,每组41头猪。其中一组作为对照组,按照自然分娩规程进行管理;另外两组作为试验组,均在出现分娩预兆后注射安痛定,试验组1用药方式为颈部肌肉注射,试验组2用药方式为外阴基部注射。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组母猪的产程时间均值及标准差均有所降低(P>0.05),且试验组2低于试验组1 (P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组胎均健仔数及其百分比均有所提高(P>0.05),而胎均死仔数及其百分比依次下降(P>0.05)。两个试验组母猪食欲恢复时间极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究表明,与自然分娩的初产母猪相比,注射安痛定在缩短产程、改善繁殖性状(总产仔数、健仔率、弱仔率、死胎率)、加快产后食欲恢复等方面均表现了积极的作用和价值,且外阴基部注射的整体表现优于颈部肌肉注射。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of antondine on delivery,reproductive characteristics and postpartum appetite recovery time of sows by injecting antondine into different parts.A total of 123 sows of similar age and weight were randomly divided into three groups and 41 pigs in each group.One group served as control group and was managed according to natural delivery procedures.The other two groups,as the experimental group,were injected with antondine after the onset of labor,group 1 was injected into the neck muscle,group 2 was injected into the vulva base.The results showed that compared with control group,the mean and standard deviation of labor time of sows in experimental group were decreased(P>0.05),and those in group 2 were lower than those in group 1(P>0.05).Compared with control group,the average number and percentage of healthy newborns in experimental groups were increased(P>0.05),while the average number and percentage of dead newborns in experimental groups were decreased successively(P>0.05).The time of appetite recovery of sows in two test group was extremely lower than that in control groups(P<0.01).The study indicates that compare with natural birth sows,injection of antondine has a positive effect and value in shortening labor,improving reproductive traits(total litter size,healthy litter rate,weak litter rate,stillbirth rate),and accelerating postpartum appetite recovery,and the overall performance of vulvar base injection is better than that of neck intramural injection.
