摘要
随着科技的不断发展,电子信息自动化在化工领域的应用越来越广泛,对提高化工生产效率、降低生产成本以及保障生产安全具有重要意义。基于此,探讨电子信息自动化在化工领域的应用与优化研究,并深入分析其中涉及的关键技术。通过对过程监控与优化、故障诊断与预测、质量管理与追溯以及能源管理与节能减排等具体应用进行研究,以推动化工领域的技术创新与发展。
With the continuous development of science and technology,the application of electronic information automation in the field of chemical industry is more and more extensive,which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of chemical production,reduce production costs and ensure production safety.This paper aims to explore the application and optimization of electronic information automation in the field of chemical industry,and deeply analyze the key technologies involved.Through the study of specific applications such as process monitoring and optimization,fault diagnosis and prediction,quality management and traceability,energy management and energy conservation and emission reduction,it is expected to promote technological innovation and development in the chemical industry.
