摘要
在当前经济结构不断升级,职业本科教育迫切寻求发展的背景下,国家提出要引导一部分地方本科高校向应用型转变,然而在“试点—扩散”的转型过程中,应用型本科高校却陷入了难以向职业教育类型归位的困境,突出表现为转型政策支持力度不够、高校对职业类型属性不认同、社会地位不高、办学资源缺乏等问题。推进应用型本科高校转型是我国加快发展现代职业教育的任务之一,必须使其摆脱实然之困,进一步明确应用型本科高校的类型、提高应用型人才的社会地位、鼓励高校明晰未来发展的生态定位,从政策、社会及高校自身三条路径推动应用型本科高校实现职业类型的归位。
In the context of economic structure upgrading and vocational undergraduate education calling for devel⁃opment,China proposes to guide some local undergraduate universities to transform into application-oriented universi⁃ties.However,in the process of"pilot-proliferation"transformation,applied universities are caught in the dilemma of not being able to give full play to their roles of vocational education,which is highlighted by the lack of strong transfor⁃mation policies,the recognition of vocational attributes by universities,and social status and education resources.Pro⁃moting the transformation of application-oriented universities is one of the tasks to accelerate the development of modern vocational education.It is necessary to free application-oriented universities from the dilemma,further clarify the type of applied universities,improve the social status of applied talents,encourage universities to clarify the positioning of future development,and promote the repositioning of application-oriented universities to the vocational type from three paths:policy,society and universities themselves.
