摘要
“时代新人”培育是教师和学生两大主体共同参与的育人活动,教师是育人活动的“引导主体”,学生是育人活动的“参与主体”。但目前在高校培育“时代新人”的实践中,教师的引导主体和学生的参与主体地位未得到充分彰显。要提升“时代新人”培育水平,一方面需要更好发挥教师对学生理想信念、爱国情怀、品德修养、知识见识、奋斗精神以及综合素质六个方面的引领作用;另一方面需要加强大学生自我管理,即授予大学生更多自我管理权来培养其责任感,实现学术发展、社会发展和情绪意志发展的目标,提升“时代新人”培育成效。
The cultivation of"New Talents of the Times"is an educational activity that involves both teachers and students.Teachers are the"guiding subject"of educational activities,while students are the"participating subject"of educational activities.However,in the current practice of cultivating"new generations"in universities,the guiding role of teachers and the participation role ofstudents have not been fully demonstrated.To improve the cultivation level of"new generation",on the one hand,it isnecessary to better play the leading role of teachers in six aspects:students'ideals and beliefs,patriotism,moral cultivation,knowledge and insight,spirit of struggle,and comprehensive quality;on the other hand,it is necessary to strengthen the self-management of college students,namely,to grant them more self-management rights to cultivate their sense of responsibility,and to achieve the goals of academic development,social development,emotional will development,and to improve the effectiveness of cultivating"new talents of the times".
