摘要
目的分析经皮椎弓根钉微创手术治疗脊柱骨折的效果。方法选取2020年1月至12月收治的80例脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,随机将其分为常规组(40例,常规开放性内固定手术治疗)和观察组(40例,经皮椎弓根钉微创手术治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的术中出血量少于常规组,术后卧床时长、住院时长短于常规组,住院期间的各项并发症发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组的β胶原降解产物(β-CTX)水平低于常规组,N端中段骨钙素(N-MID)、骨生长蛋白(BGP)水平及骨密度(BMD)高于常规组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组的Barthel指数评分高于常规组,Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎弓根钉微创手术治疗可改善脊柱骨折患者的临床指标,降低术后并发症发生率,促进术后脊柱功能恢复。
Objective To analyze the effect of percutaneous pedicle screw minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of spinal fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with spinal fracture admitted from January to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were randomly divided into conventional group(40 cases,treated with conventional open internal fixation surgery)and observation group(40 cases,treated with percutaneous pedicle screw minimally invasive surgery).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the conventional group,and the postoperative bedtime duration and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the incidences of various complications during hospitalization were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After surgery,the β collagen degradation products(β-CTX)level in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the N-mid fragment of osteocalcin(N-MID),bone gla protein(BGP)levels and bone mineral density(BMD)were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After surgery,the Barthel index score of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous pedicle screw minimally invasive surgery can improve the clinical indicators of patients with spinal fracture,reduce the incidence of postoperative complication,and promote postoperative spinal function recovery.
