摘要
建设城市湿地公园是保护与合理利用城市湿地资源的重要手段,评价城市湿地公园生态绩效可科学反映城市湿地公园建设产生的生态成效。本研究基于城市湿地公园的功能定位、建设目标及生态要素构成,围绕生态系统健康和生态系统服务价值两方面,提出城市湿地公园生态绩效评价体系,综合运用熵权法与模糊物元模型建立城市湿地公园生态绩效的模型。以苏州虎丘湿地公园为例开展评价,量化分析了该公园的生态绩效,并判断其主要的影响因素。结果表明:虎丘湿地公园生态绩效水平较高,等级为优,各功能区生态绩效多为优、良等级,这充分说明了虎丘湿地公园建设取得了显著的生态成效。
The creation of an urban wetland park is an important tool for protecting and utilizing urban wetland resources.Evaluating the ecological performance of an urban wetland park provides scientific evidences of the ecological impact of park construction.This study proposes an ecological performance evaluation system of urban wetland park based on two aspects:ecosystem health and ecosystem service value,and establishes an ecological performance model of urban wetland park using entropy weight method and fuzzy matter-element model based on functional orientation,construction objectives,and ecological elements.Suzhou Huqiu wetland park was used as a case study,the park's ecological performance was quantified and its main influencing factors were evaluated.The results showed that Huqiu wetland park's ecological performance level is high,with a grade of excellent,and the ecological performance of each functional area is mostly graded excellent and good,demonstrating that the construction of Huqiu wetland park produced remarkable ecological benefits.
