波纹管组件对新型轴端无间隙汽封密封性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 针对某新型轴端无间隙汽封,利用有限元软件对其进行建模,模拟该汽封在某600 MW机组高、中压缸轴端运行并在轴封系统不投入工作时的极限情况下,汽封组件中不同厚度波纹管对新型汽封密封性能的影响并进行仿真分析。结果表明:波纹管在高、中压缸轴端运行过程中的温度分布不超过其自身材质的蠕变温度;随着波纹管厚度的增加,应力水平不断减小,当厚度分别达到3 mm和1.5 mm时,应力没有超过该汽封组件自身材质的屈服极限,同时波纹管和弹簧之间产生的最大径向变形量分别为2.5179 mm和0.6395 mm,远小于汽封组件与转轴之间预留的径向间隙,验证了该汽封结构的合理性。 In response to a new type of shaft end clearance free steam seal proposed in a certain literature,finite element software was used to model the new steam seal.The simulation analysis was conducted to simulate the impact of different thickness corrugated pipes in the steam seal component on the performance of the new steam seal under the extreme conditions of operating the high and medium pressure cylinder shaft ends of a 600 MW unit and not putting the shaft seal system into operation.The analysis results showed that the corrugated pipes in the new shaft end clearance free steam seal component were at high and low temperatures.During the operation of the intermediate pressure cylinder shaft end,the temperature distribution does not exceed the creep temperature of its own material.With the increase of the thickness of the bellows,the stress level continues to decrease.When the thickness of the high and intermediate pressure cylinders reaches 3 mm and 1.5 mm respectively,the stress does not exceed the yield limit of the own material of the steam seal assembly.At the same time,the deformation of the bellows in the steam seal assembly becomes smaller and smaller with the increase of the thickness.The maximum radial deformation between the corrugated pipe and the spring is 2.5179 mm and 0.6395 mm respectively,which is much smaller than the radial clearance reserved between the steam seal component and the shaft,indicating that the design structure of the steam seal applied to the high and medium pressure cylinder shaft ends of the steam turbine is reasonable.
