摘要
针对原垃圾箱后车架焊接工艺复杂、易变形、焊接效率低、焊接质量差等问题,以某公司产品为例,基于UG三维设计软件完成了后车架的焊接夹具设计,并对后车架方管工件的弯曲焊接工艺进行了改进,包括焊接弯头夹具和多个F形焊接夹具。结果表明,设计的快速装配夹具可靠,不影响工件的定位,易于制造、安装和维护。该设计成果已在环卫公司投入生产应用,取得了良好的效果,对其在行业内的广泛应用也有一定的参考价值。
In view of the original dumpster rear frame welding process complex,easy deformation,low welding efficiency,poor welding quality and other problems,taking the products of a company as an example,based on UG three-dimensional design software to complete the rear frame welding fixture design,and the bending welding process of the rear frame of the square parts of the improvement,including welding elbow fixture and a number of F-shaped welding fixture.The results show that the designed fixture is reliable,which does not affect the positioning of the workpiece,and is easy to manufacture,install and maintain.The design result has been put into production and application in the environmental sanitation company,and has obtained good results.It also has certain reference value for its wide application in the industry.
