摘要
针对医院、酒店、餐厅等场所需求的“无接触配送”问题,设计了一种新型的智能配送设备,为物流行业提供了更加安全、高效、准确的服务。系统由STM32单片机主控智能小车组成,配备OpenMV图像识别模块、TSL1401线阵线性CCD模块、HX711称重传感器模块、2.4GZigBeeCC2530串口无线收发模块等。其中,两个Open MV识别位置信息,小车前后的TSL1401线阵线性CCD模块配合白光灯带实现前进后退循迹功能,2.4GZigBee串口无线模块实现配送小车之间的通讯,HX711电子秤模块获取配送物品重量。经实验测试,本系统实现了更加高效、准确、安全和方便的配送方式,系统稳定性良好。
A new type of intelligent delivery device has been designed to meet the needs of hospitals,hotels,restaurants,and other places that require"contactless delivery",providing a safer,more efficient,and accurate service for the logistics industry.The system is controlled by an STM32 microcontroller and equipped with an OpenMV image recognition module,TSL1401 linear CCD module,HX711 weight sensor module,and 2.4G ZigBee CC2530 serial wireless transmission and reception module.Two OpenMV modules recognize the location information,and the TSL1401 linear CCD module in front and rear of the small car,together with the white light strip,realize the forward and backward tracking function.The 2.4G ZigBee serial wireless module realizes communication between delivery vehicles,and the HX711 electronic scale module obtains the weight of the delivered items.Experimental testing has shown that this contactless delivery device achieves a more efficient,accurate,safe,and convenient delivery method,with good system stability.
