酸析-微电解法预处理对甲砜基甲苯生产废水

摘要 采用酸析-微电解法预处理对甲砜基甲苯生产废水。考察了酸析pH、铁碳质量比、铁粉投加量、溶液pH及反应时间等因素对废水COD去除率的影响。结果表明,在酸析pH为2,铁碳质量比为2∶1,铁粉投加量为16 g/L,溶液pH为2,反应时间为3 h条件下处理效果最好,废水COD从70600 mg/L降至4521 mg/L,总去除率达到93.60%。 P-methylsulfone toluene production wastewater was pretreated by acid precipitation-microelectrolysis process.The effects of acid precipitation pH,iron/carbon mass ratio,iron powder dosage,solution pH and reaction time on COD removal were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of acid precipitation pH 2,iron/carbon mass ratio 2∶1,iron powder dosage 16 g/L,solution pH 2 and reaction time 3 h,the treatment effect is best.The COD of wastewater decreased from 70600 mg/L to 4521 mg/L and the total removal rate reached 93.60%.
