摘要
基于DEA方法和空间自相关模型,测算并分析2007—2020年京津冀城市群协同发展度及空间演化特征。研究发现:(1)京津冀城市群协同发展度均值呈缓慢下降趋势;(2)京津冀各地区间协同发展度变异系数变动幅度较小,但协同发展度差距总体表现为平稳上升态势;(3)从协同发展度空间分布看,京津冀城市群协同发展度呈现北高南低、由内向外依次递减的特征。并进一步从时空两个维度,对京津冀城市群协同发展度进行空间分异与自相关分析评估,横向比对各城市协同发展度状况,纵向探究协同发展度空间演化规律与特征,剖析各城市协同度发展变化成因,旨在深入推进京津冀区域内部协同,提升京津冀城市群整体协同发展度,推动京津冀高质量发展,努力使京津冀成为中国式现代化的先行区和示范区。
Based on DEA method and spatial autocorrelation model,this paper calculates and analyzes the collaborative development degree and spatial evolution characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration from 2007 to 2020.The research found that:(1) the average degree of collaborative development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration showed a slow downward trend;(2) The changing degree of variation coefficient of the cooperative development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is relatively small,but the gap of the degree of cooperative development generally shows a steady rise;(3) From the perspective of spatial distribution,the degree of coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster is higher in the north and lower in the south,and decreases from inside to outside.This paper further conducts spatial differentiation and autocorrelation analysis evaluation of the degree of collaborative development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration from both temporal and spatial dimensions,compares the status of the degree of collaborative development of various cities horizontally,and explores the spatial evolution law and characteristics of the degree of collaborative development vertically,Analyze the causes of the development and change of the coordination degree in each city,It aims to further promote coordination within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,in order to enhance the overall degree of collaborative development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and achieve high-quality economic development,and also make efforts to make Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region a pilot and demonstration zone for Chinese-style modernization.
