摘要
目的探究新bobath技术应用在脑卒中恢复期患者中的效果及对患者上肢运动障碍的影响。方法选取2018年8月—2023年3月江苏省句容市中医院康复科收治的脑卒中恢复期患者60例为研究对象,简单随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组实行常规康复治疗,观察组联合应用新bobath技术治疗,评估两组患者神经功能缺损量表(China Stroke Scale,CSS)、Fugl-Meyer运动量表、改良Barthel指数情况,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CSS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、改良Barthel指数评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新bobath技术相比常规康复治疗方案在脑卒中恢复期患者治疗中的应用价值更为显著,可降低上肢运动的障碍程度、有效恢复日常生活的运动能力,纠正机体神经功能缺损,显著提高整体治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of the new bobath technique application in stroke recovery patients and the effect on patients'upper extremity movement disorder.Methods A total of 60 stroke convalescent patients admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Jurong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province from August 2018 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were simply randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group received combined treatment with the new bobath technology.The China Stroke Scale(CSS),Fugl-Meyer exercise scale and modified Barthel index were evaluated in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CSS score,Fugl-Meyer score and modified Barthel index score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional rehabilitation therapy,the new bobath technology has more significant application value in the treatment of stroke patients in the convalescent stage,which can reduce the degree of upper limb movement disorders,effectively restore the motor ability of daily life,correct the neurological function defect of the body,and significantly improve the overall treatment effect.
