摘要
目的基于数据挖掘探究中医药治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病的用药规律。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库中关于中医药治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病的临床文献,录入处方的药味组成、性味归经、功效分类、使用剂量等信息并进行频次统计。采用关联规则分析和系统聚类分析法研究用药配伍规律。结果共纳入处方188条,涉及中药176味,药性以寒、温、平为主,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,主归心、肝、脾、肺、胃、肾经,药物功效以活血化瘀、止咳化痰平喘、补虚、理气、清热为主。高频次使用中药共37味,关联规则分析共获得26条核心药材组合规则。聚类分析将11味核心药材分为三组,第一组为瓜蒌、薤白、丹参、黄芪;第二组为川芎、赤芍、当归、红花;第三组为陈皮、茯苓、半夏。结论本研究通过对中医临床处方的分析,发现中医药治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病符合“痰瘀同治”的治疗法则,活血化瘀与化痰药并用,辅以补虚、理气,起到标本兼治的效果。
Objective To determine the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for phlegm and blood stasis intermingled coronary heart disease based on data mining.Methods Clinical literatures on phlegm and blood stasis intermingled coronary heart disease with traditional Chinese medicine were collected from China National Knowledge Internet,Wanfang and VIP databases.Information of prescriptions including drug compositions,nature and flavours,channel tropism,efficacy classification,dosage and related frequency were statistically analyzed.Association rule analysis and systematic cluster analysis were conducted to determine the compatibility rule of drugs.Results Totally 188 prescriptions were included involving 176 drugs.The nature of the drugs was mainly cold,warm and peaceful,the flavours were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,and the main channel tropism covered the heart,liver,spleen,lung,stomach and kidney channels.The drug effects mainly included promoting the blood circulation,removing the blood stasis,arresting cough,removing phlegm,relieving asthma,tonifying deficiency,regulating qi-flowing and clearing heat.Totally 37 herbs were used frequently,and 26 core drug combination rules were obtained.Cluster analysis divided 11 core drugs into three groups.Group 1:Fructus Trichosanthis,Bulbus Allii Macrostemonis,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Astragali seu Hedysari.Group 2:Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,and Flos Carthami.Group 3:Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Poria,and Rhizoma Pinelliae.Conclusion The treatment of phlegm and blood stasis intermingled coronary heart disease with traditional Chinese medicine conforms to the rule of“phlegm-stasis co-treatment”.Combination of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and phlegm-expelling drugs,supplemented by tonifying deficiency and regulating qi,helps treat both symptoms and root causes of diseases.
