分布式光伏发电系统用直流支撑电容器THB性能改进研究

摘要 金属化薄膜电容器耐高温高湿试验,一直是行业内提升电容器产品性能的一个重要环节。随着电力电子技术的发展,开关电源、逆变电源、分布式光伏发电逆变器等工作环境的拓展,普遍要求其内部器件具备较高的耐高湿度的工作条件,同时电容器作为无源电力电子元件,其本身的发热以及工作环境的温度及湿度,都将影响其工作可靠性及寿命。本文通过对比不同工艺、不同材料的产品,在温度85℃,相对湿度85%RH的条件下,通以适当的直流电压,得出最佳的设计结构,进而提升金属化薄膜电容器在高温高湿工况下的使用寿命。 The high temperature and high humidity resistance test of metallized film capacitorhas been an important link in the industry to improve the performance of the capacitor product.With the development of power electronic technology and the development of the working environment of switching power supply,inverter power supply,distributed photovoltaic inverter,their internal components are required to possess the working condition of high humidity resistance.At the same time,as a passive power electronic element,the heat dissipation of the capacitor itself,as well as the temperature and humidity of the working environment of the capacitor will affect its reliability and lifetime.In this paper,the optimal design structure of the capacitor is obtained by the comparison of products wth different process and material and application of appropriate DC voltage under the condition of temperature at 85℃ and relative humidity at 85% RH,thus improving the service lifetime of the metallized film capacitor at high temperature and humidity condition.
