摘要
糖尿病是由体内胰岛素分泌不能满足正常的人体需要或胰岛素利用障碍引起的以糖代谢异常为特点的代谢性综合征,以消瘦、口渴、多食易饥等为主要临床症状。目前,我国糖尿病患病率逐年上升,深入开展糖尿病相关研究刻不容缓。随着疾病的进展,糖尿病引起的心血管疾病成为危及生命的主要问题。因此,及早控制血糖,防止或延缓糖尿病并发症的发生发展至关重要。西医主要通过控制饮食、口服降糖药物及注射胰岛素等方式进行干预,但是增加了低血糖、体质量增加及胃肠道反应等风险,患者的生活质量得不到保障,且难以取得理想的治疗效果。中医在治疗糖尿病方面积累了一定的经验。糖尿病在中医中归属于“消渴病”的范畴,其发生多与先天禀赋不足或嗜食肥甘厚味等有关。中医认为,本病的发生与脾、肾两脏密切相关,“脾为后天之本,气血生化之源”,喜燥恶湿;肾为先天之本,内藏元阴元阳,主水。本病以脾肾两虚为核心,痰瘀互结为关键,以健脾益肾、祛痰化瘀为干预原则。为了研究从脾肾论治糖尿病的应用价值,文章采用文献查证的方法,重点探究从脾肾论治糖尿病的理论依据,分析其病因病机,从益气健脾祛湿、补益肾之阴阳、健脾补肾同治三个方面辨证论治,以期为从脾肾治疗糖尿病提供参考依据。
Diabetes is a metabolic syndrome characterized by abnormal glucose metabolism caused by the inability of insulin secretion to meet the normal needs of the human body or insulin utilization disorders.The main clinical symptoms are emaciation,thirst,polyphagia and easy hunger.At present,the prevalence of diabetes in China is increasing year by year,and it is urgent to carry out in-depth research on diabetes.As the disease progresses,cardiovascular disease caused by diabetes has become a major life-threatening problem.Therefore,it is very important to control blood glucose as soon as possible to prevent or delay the occurrence and proceeding of diabetic complications.western medicine mainly intervenes in diabetic patients through controlling diet,oral hypoglycemic medicines and insulin injection,but the risk of hypoglycemia,weight gain and gastrointestinal reactions is increased accordingly,and the quality of life of patients is not guaranteed.It is difficult to gain a desired therapeutic effect.TCM has accumulated some experience in the treatment of diabetes.Diabetes belongs to the category of Xiaoke(消渴)syndrome in TCM.Its occurrence is mostly related to the inadequacy of congenital endowment or excessive appetite for greasy and surfeit flavours.TCM believes that the occurrence of this disease is closely related to the spleen and kidney.Spleen is the foundation of acquired nutrition,and the source of Qi(气)and blood.Spleen likes dryness and repels dampness.Kidney is the congenital foundation,contains Yuanyin(元阴)and Yuanyang(元阳),and has the function of regulating water and liquid metabolism.The basic pathogenesis of this disease is spleen and kidney deficiency,with phlegm and blood stasis accumulation as superficial syndrome.The intervention principles are to strengthen spleen and kidney,and dispel phlegm and remove blood stasis.In order to study the application value of treating diabetes from the perspective of spleen and kidney,this paper focuses on exploring the theoretical basis of treating diabetes
