沙库巴曲缬沙坦对高血压及其靶器官损害的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 目前我国高血压患者不断增加,治疗现状并不乐观,控制率仅为16.8%,而血压长期控制不佳,会导致机体多种靶器官的损害。尽管传统的降压药物种类繁多,但大多降压通道比较单一,所以高血压的临床治疗一直都非常关注新型抗高血压治疗靶点与药物研发情况,沙库巴曲缬沙坦作为首个有口服活性的血管紧张素受体脑啡肽酶抑制剂,具有抑制脑啡肽酶降解及拮抗血管紧张素Ⅱ受体的双重作用,能够多靶点调节血压,对各种类型高血压均显示出较好的疗效,同时可以预防高血压患者靶器官的损害,如心力衰竭、左心室肥厚、肾功能损害等,已在心血管疾病治疗方面显示出了很大的应用前景。本文就沙库巴曲缬沙坦对高血压及有高血压合并症患者治疗的研究进展进行综述。 At present,the number of hypertension patients in China is increasing,and the treatment status is not optimistic.The control rate of hypertension is only 16.8%.Long-term poorly controlled blood pressure can lead to damage to many target organs of the body.Although there are many kinds of traditional antihypertensive drugs,most of them have a single antihypertensive channel.Therefore,the clinical treatment of hypertension has always paid great attention to the development of new antihypertensive therapeutic targets and drugs.Sacubitril Valsartan,as the first orally active angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitor,has the dual effect of inhibiting the degradation of neprilysin and antagonating angiotensinⅡreceptor.It can regulate blood pressure by multiple targets,and has shown good curative effect on various types of hypertension.At the same time,it can prevent the damage of target organs in patients with hypertension,such as heart failure,left ventricular hypertrophy,renal function damage,and so on.It has shown great application prospects in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.This article reviews the research progress of Sacubitril Valsartan in the treatment of hypertension and patients with hypertension complications.
