摘要
射频消融术后的护理干预对房颤患者康复进程及术后生活质量有着至关重要的影响。对两组房颤患者射频消融术后各项指标进行对比分析,实验组的并发症发生率为3.45%,对照组的并发症发生率为24.14%;实验组的护理满意度平均分值为91.17分,对照度的护理满意度平均分值为85.27分;两组术后的抑郁自评和焦虑自评平均值为正常状态,但实验组有两项得分显著低于对照组;实验组的生活质量平均得分88.93分,对照度的生活质量平均得分83.21分。上述数据结果说明综合护理干预可显著降低房颤患者射频消融术的术后并发症,提高患者对射频消融术前后的护理满意度,减少患者的术后抑郁和焦虑情绪,缓解其心理压力,提高房颤患者射频消融术后的生活质量等。
Nursing intervention after radiofrequency ablation has crucial impact on the rehabilitation process and postoperative quality of life of patients with atrial fibrillation.After radiofrequency ablation,the complication rate is 3.45%in the experimental group and 24.14%in the control group.The average score of nursing satisfaction of the experimental group is 91.17,and the average score of nursing satisfaction of illumination is 85.27.The mean values of self-rating depression and self-rating anxiety in the two groups are normal,but the scores of two items in the experimental group are significantly lower than those in the control group.The average quality of life score of the experimental group is 88.93,and the average quality of life score of illumination is 83.21.The results of data above indicate that comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce postoperative complications in patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation,improve patients’nursing satisfaction before and after radiofrequency ablation,reduce patients’postoperative depression and anxiety,relieve their psychological pressure,and improve the quality of life of patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation.
