摘要
光声效应是试样在短脉冲激光作用下被激发而发生的超声现象,作为一种极具潜力的医疗手段,光声成像技术被用于临床医学中。对光声成像技术在口腔医学中的应用进行了综述,包括在牙髓、牙周、牙釉质菌斑检测、根管治疗、牙周炎、口腔外科中的应用,为口腔临床诊治提供一定的指导。
Photoacoustic effect is a phenomenon in which ultrasound occurs when the sample is excited under the action of short pulse laser.As a very potential medical means,photoacoustic imaging technology is gradually penetrating into various fields of clinical medicine.In view of this,the study reviews the application of photoacoustic imaging technology in stomatology,and analyzes the application of photoacoustic imaging technology in dental pulp,periodontal,enamel plaque detection,root canal therapy,periodontitis and oral surgery,which provides certain guidance for oral clinical diagnosis and treatment.
