超声辅助β-环糊精包合法提纯α-亚麻酸工艺研究

摘要 以亚麻籽油为原料油,β-环糊精作为包合剂,研究了原料预处理、料液比、超声温度、超声时间对α-亚麻酸提纯率的影响。结果表明,采用无水乙醇作为溶剂可以提高α-亚麻酸的提纯率,当料液比、超声温度、超声时间分别为14:1、40℃、75 min时,α-亚麻酸的提纯率最佳,可达78%。 The effects of raw material pretreatment, solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time on the purification rate of α-linolenic acid were studied with flaxseed oil as raw oil and β-cyclodextrin as binder. The results showed that the purification rate of α-linolenic acid could be improved by using anhydrous ethanol as solvent. When the solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time were 14:1, 40 ℃ and 75 min respectively, the purification rate of α-linolenic acid was the best, reaching 78%.
