摘要
产城人融合、绿色技术创新是新时代城市建设的两个重要着力点。文章选取2003—2020年长三角41个城市的面板数据,运用耦合协调度模型、固定效应模型和两阶段最小二乘法,从“量”“质”两个维度探究产城人融合影响绿色技术创新的效应及机制。研究发现:长三角产城人融合度逐年上升,空间上具有东高西低的特征,且产城人融合通过提高科技支出强度、提升人力资本水平、推动产业结构升级助推绿色技术创新“量质齐升”;异质性检验表明,产城人融合虽能提升长三角不同城市的绿色技术创新质量,但仅在大城市表现出“增量”效果;进一步分析发现,以城促产更有助于绿色技术创新。因此,需继续坚持产城人融合,并以此推动城市绿色发展。
The integration of industry-city-people and green technology innovation are two important focus points for urban construction in the new era.This paper selects panel data from 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2003 to 2020,and uses the coupling coordination model,fixed effects model,and two-stage least squares method,to explore the effects and mechanisms of the integration of industry-city-people on green technology innovation from the dimensions of"quantity"and"quality".Research has found that the integration of industry-city-people in the Yangtze River Delta has been increasing year by year,with a spatial characteristic of east-high and west-low.Moreover,the integration of industry-city-people promotes the"joint improvement of quantity and quality"of green technology innovation by increasing the intensity of technology expenditure,enhancing the level of human capital,and promoting the upgrading of industrial structure;heterogeneity testing shows that although the integration of industry-city-people can improve the quality of green technology innovation in different cities in the Yangtze River Delta,it only shows an"incremental"effect in large cities.Further analysis has found that promoting production through cities is more conducive to green technology innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to continue to adhere to the integration of industry-city-people,and use this to promote green development in cities.
