摘要
目的 宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉诊刮术后对患者实施电刺激疗法,观察子宫内膜修复情况。方法 将2021年1~12月在韶关市中医院妇科住院的60例子宫内膜息肉患者以随机数字表法分为A、B两组,每组各30例。两组均实施宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉诊刮术治疗,A组术后不予特殊干预,B组于术后7 d实施低频电刺激疗法,对比两组患者术后子宫内膜修复总有效率、术后两组子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜下血流动力学参数、子宫内膜形态、月经量、阴道出血持续时间、疼痛持续时间以及月经恢复时间。结果 B组总有效率(96.67%)要明显高于A组(70.00%)(P <0.05)。术后1周,两组子宫内膜厚度水平比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);术后4周,两组子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉收缩期峰流速(PSV)水平有所上升,但B组子宫内膜厚度、PSV较A组更高(P <0.05)。术后4周,B组黏膜下血流阻力指数(RI)明显低于A组,且内膜形态明显优于A组(P <0.05)。术前,两组月经量比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);术后,B组月经量要明显高于A组(P <0.05)。两组阴道出血持续时间、疼痛持续时间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),B组月经恢复时间均要短于A组(P <0.05)。结论 宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉诊刮术后实施低频电刺激疗法能够进一步促进患者子宫内膜修复和改善子宫内膜血供状况,并促进月经恢复。
Objective To observe the repair of endometrium after hysteroscopic curettage of endometrial polyps.Methods 60 patients with endometrial polyps hospitalized in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of Shaoguan traditional Chinese medicine Hospital from January to December 2021 were randomly divided into group A and group B with 30 patients in each group.Endometrial polyp curettage under hysteroscope was performed in both groups.No special intervention was given in group A after operation.Low frequency electrical stimulation was performed in group B 7 days after operation.The total effective rate of postoperative endometrial repair,endometrial thickness,subendometrial hemodynamic parameters,endometrial morphology,menstrual volume,duration of vaginal bleeding,pain duration,and menstrual recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of group B(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of group A(70.00%)(P<0.05).One week after operation,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).At 4 weeks after surgery,the endometrial thickness and peak systolic velocity(PSV)levels of the uterine arteries in both groups significantly increased,but the endometrial thickness and PSV levels in group B were higher than the group A(P<0.05).At 4 weeks after surgery,the submucosal blood flow resistance index(RI)in Group B was significantly lower than the group A,and the endometrial morphology was significantly better than the group A(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference menstrual volume between the two groups(P>0.05);postoperative,the menstrual volume in group B was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the duration of vaginal bleeding and pain between the two groups(P>0.05).The recovery time of menstruation in group B was shorter than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Low frequency electrical stimulation therapy after hysteroscopic endometrial polyp curettage can further prom
