摘要
目的:探讨羚羊角口服液联合地西泮治疗小儿复杂型热性惊厥的效果。方法:选取2019年11月至2022年11月该院收治的68例复杂型热性惊厥患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组、观察组各34例。对照组静脉注射地西泮注射液治疗,观察组在其基础上加用羚羊角口服液治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间、住院时间、治疗前后血清学指标[降钙素原(PCT)、热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.06%(33/34),高于对照组的73.53%(25/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抽搐消失时间、退热时间、意识恢复时间及住院时间均短于对照组,治疗后血清PCT、HSP70、NSE、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:羚羊角口服液联合地西泮治疗复杂型热性惊厥患儿效果确切,可加快症状缓解,减轻炎症反应和脑损伤,降低血清PCT、HSP70、NSE、IL-6水平,效果优于单用地西泮治疗。
Objective:To investigate effects of Lingyangjiao oral liquid combined with Diazepam in treatment of complex febrile convulsion in children.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 68 children with complex febrile convulsion admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to November 2022.According to the random number table method,these children were divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diazepam injection intravenously,while the observation group was treated with Lingyangjiao oral liquid on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the symptom relief time,the hospitalization time,the serological index levels[procalcitonin(PCT),heat shock protein 70(HSP70),neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and interleukin-6(IL-6)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%(33/34),which was higher than 73.53%(25/34)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The convulsion disappearance time,the antipyretic time,the consciousness recovery time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the serum PCT,HSP70,NSE and IL-6 levels after the treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Lingyangjiao oral liquid combined with Diazepam is effective in the treatment of the children with complex febrile convulsion.It can accelerate the relief of symptoms,reduce the inflammatory reactions and brain injury,and reduce the levels of serum PCT,HSP70,NSE and IL-6.Moreover,it is superior to single Diazepam treatment.
