摘要
目的分析成都市低年级大学生对学校艾滋病防治社团性教育服务满意度现况及其影响因素,为制订提高社团服务质量的政策措施提供参考。方法采取分层整群抽样方法从成都11所高校大一、大二年级中抽取1053名大学生,以其中过去一年中接受过艾滋病防治社团性教育服务的902名学生作为研究对象,通过多重线性回归分析,探讨高校青年学生对艾滋病防治社团满意度的影响因素。结果成都低年级大学生对艾滋病防治社团性教育服务满意度得分为(9.68±2.96)分。年级为大学二年级(相比大学一年级,β=-0.711,95%CI=-1.196~-0.226,P=0.004),性取向为双性恋偏同性(相比异性恋,β=-1.770,95%CI=-3.236~-0.304,P=0.018)是学生对社团性教育服务满意度的危险因素;学习的性知识内容数量(β=0.287,95%CI=0.033~0.542,P=0.027)是学生对社团服务满意度的保护因素。结论不同特征的低年级大学生对艾滋病防治社团性教育满意度得分有差异,高校应以学生为本,关注学生的个性化需求,丰富性教育内容。
Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of the satisfaction of junior college students in Chengdu City with the school’s HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment community sex education services,so as to provide reference for the policy measures to improve the quality of community services.Methods Eleven colleges and universities in Chengdu City were purposively sampled,and 1053 college students were sampled by stratified cluster sampling,among which 902 students who had used the sex education services of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment associations in the past year were selected as research objects,and the influencing factors of young college students’satisfaction with HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment associations were explored through multiple linear regression analysis.Results The satisfaction score of the lower college students in Chengdu City with the sex education services of the AIDS prevention and treatment community was(9.68±2.96)points,and the grade was the second year of university(compared with the first year of university,β=-0.711,95%CI=-1.196 to-0.226,P=0.004).Bisexual orientation(compared with heterosexuality,β=-1.770,95%CI=-3.236 to-0.304,P=0.018)was a risk factor for students’satisfaction with community sex education services.The number of sexual knowledge content learned(β=0.287,95%CI=0.033-0.542,P=0.027)was a protective factor for students’satisfaction with association services.Conclusion There are differences in the satisfaction scores of junior college students with different characteristics on sex education in HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment associations,and colleges and universities should be student-oriented,pay attention to student’s individual needs,and enrich the content of sex education.
