摘要
[目的]目前设计的树干涂白机整机尺寸大、成本高、适应性差,因此十分有必要设计一种智能化、全自动的树干涂白机。[方法]课题组设计了一种包括传动系统、夹紧机构、喷涂机构和电路控制系统等结构的新型树干涂白装置,分析了该装置的结构设计及相关程序机理,并进行了主运动机构的力学特性分析。[结果]1)该装置可以对树木进行径向扫描得到其胸径并匹配最佳涂白模式,保证树木喷涂范围完整,均匀涂白且涂白剂消耗量小。2)机构尺寸优化后,各个杆件在摇杆摆角范围为15°~60°工况中所受到的运动副反力(50 N以下)和驱动力矩(5.8 N·m~9.6 N·m)较小,采用强度适中、质量较轻的材料充当杆件材料即可满足杆件的强度要求。[结论]此设计不仅可以大大提升工作效率、节省人力,且结构简单、自动化程度高、清洁环保,具有一定的推广价值。
[Objective]The current designed tree trunk whitening machine has a large overall size,high cost and poor adaptability.Therefore,it is necessary to design an intelligent and fully automatic tree trunk whitening machine.[Method]The research group designed a new type of tree trunk whitening device that includes transmission system,clamping mechanism,spraying mechanism and circuit control system structures.The structural design and related program mechanism of the device were analyzed,and the mechanical characteristics of the main motion mechanism were analyzed.[Result]1)The device can perform radial scanning on trees to obtain their diameter at breast height and match the optimal whitening mode,ensuring a complete spraying range for trees,uniform whitening and low whitening agent consumption.2)After optimizing the size of the mechanism,the reaction force(below 50 N)and driving torque(5.8 N·m~9.6 N·m)of the motion pair of each rod in the swing angle range of 15°to 60°are relatively small.Using materials with moderate strength and lighter weight as the rod material can meet the strength requirements of the rod.[Conclusion]This design not only greatly improves work efficiency and saves manpower,but also has a simple structure,high degree of automation,cleanliness and environmental protection,and has certain promotion value.
