摘要
2021年,陕西省在西北工业大学等5所高校开展了科技成果转化“三项改革”试点工作;2022年,科技成果转化“三项改革”试点在陕西省综合类、理工类高等院校展开,74所高校和陕西省科学院不同程度启动了“三项改革”试点。通过实施“三项改革”,激活了广大科研人员创新创业的澎湃动能,取得了显著的阶段性成效。分析了陕西省推进科技成果转化“三项改革”试点的现状,并就持续深入推进科技成果转化“三项改革”提出建议。
In 2021,Shaanxi Province carried out the pilot work of the“Three Reforms”for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in five universities,including Northwest University of Technology.In 2022,the pilot project of the“Three Reforms”for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements was launched in comprehensive and engineering universities in Shaanxi Province,and 74 universities and the Shaanxi Academy of Sciences have launched the“Three Reforms”pilot program to varying degrees.By implementing the“Three Reforms”,the surging momentum of innovation and entrepreneurship among researchers has been activated,and significant phased results have been achieved.The current situation of the“Three Reforms”pilot project for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Shaanxi Province were analyzed and suggestions for continuously deepening the“three reforms”of promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements was proposed.
