摘要
为了改善供暖系统的热力失调、能源浪费等状况,以沈阳某热源厂热网系统为研究对象,分析2019~2020年的锅炉房系统运行记录数据,提出根据室外温度变化同时调节质量-流量的供暖方案,并与大流量小温差调节方式进行比较。研究表明,采用同时调节质量-流量的供暖方案可以降低企业运行成本。
In order to improve the thermal imbalance and energy waste of the heating system,taking the heat network system of a heat source plant in Shenyang as the research object,the operation record data of the boiler room system in 2019~2020 was analyzed,a heating scheme that adjusted the quality-flow rate at the same time according to the outdoor temperature change was proposed to compare with the large flow and small temperature difference adjustment method.The study indicates that the heating scheme that adjusted the quality-flow at the same time could reduce the operating cost of the enterprise.
