摘要
试验旨在研究饲粮添加复合益生菌对仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及经济效益的影响。选择21日龄、平均体重(7.55±0.20)kg的断奶仔猪120头,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,试验1组、试验2组和试验3组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1%、0.2%和0.3%的复合益生菌。试验期42 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验3组仔猪的末重和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),试验2组和试验3组仔猪的料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。试验1组和试验3组仔猪血清中葡萄糖含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2组和试验3组仔猪血清中尿素氮含量显著低于对照组和试验1组(P<0.05)。各试验组仔猪回肠绒毛高度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组仔猪增重利润分别增加了25.39、41.31和64.31元。研究表明,日粮中添加复合益生菌能够提高仔猪的生长性能,改善血清生化指标和肠道形态结构,提高养殖经济效益,且添加量为0.3%时饲喂效果较好。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary compound probiotics on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and economic benefits of piglets.A total of 120 weaned 21-day-old piglets with an average body weight of(7.55±0.20)kg were selected randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and 10 piglets in each replicate.Piglets in control group were fed with a basal diet,while those in experimental group 1,group 2 and group 3 were supplemented with 0.1%,0.2%and 0.3%compound probiotics,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the final weight and average daily gain of piglets in experiment group 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and feed to gain ratio of piglets in experiment group 2 and experiment group 3 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum glucose content of piglets in experimental group 1 and experimental group 3 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the serum urea nitrogen content of piglets in experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 was significantly lower than that in control group and experimental group 1(P<0.05).The height of jejunum villus in experimental groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the piglets weight gain profits of experimental groups increased 25.39,41.31 and 64.31 yuan respectively.The experiment indicates that the addition of compound probiotics to diet can improve the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and intestinal morphology of piglets,improve the economic efficiency of breeding,and the addition amount of 0.3%feeding effect is better.
