摘要
随着现代人生活方式和饮食习惯的改变,功能性便秘成为脾胃病科门诊最常见的疾病之一。目前,西医以促胃肠动力药、泻药和盐水灌肠等治疗为主,存在疗程长,易复发等不足,中医药在治疗功能性便秘方面优势显著。田旭东主任医师基于中医治疗便秘治则治法,结合自身独到学术思想,临床疗效甚佳。归纳整理田旭东主任医师对功能性便秘病因病机、临床分型的认识,探讨田旭东主任医师治疗功能性便秘的临床经验,并附临床医案三则,供同道参考。
With the change in modern lifestyle and eating habits,functional constipation has become one of the most common diseases in the outpatient department of spleen and stomach diseases.At present,Western medicine mainly focuses on gastrointestinal motility drugs,laxatives,and saline enema,which have shortcomings such as the long course of treatment and easy recurrence.Traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in the treatment of functional constipation.Chief physician Tian Xudong combined his own unique academic thought on the basis of TCM treatment of constipation,and the clinical effect was very good.By summarizing chief physician Tian Xudong's understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis,and clinical classification of functional constipation,the clinical experience of chief physician Tian Xudong in the treatment of functional constipation was discussed,and three clinical medical records and notes were attached.
