摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是进行性发展的神经退行性疾病;轻度认知障碍(MCI)是正常衰老与痴呆之间的过渡状态,为预防性治疗AD的关键阶段。弥散张量成像(DTI)和血氧水平依赖功能MRI(BOLD-fMRI)常用于评估大脑结构及功能连接及解释其相关机制。本文就MRI研究MCI大脑连接改变及其机制进展进行综述。
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a progressive neurodegenerative disease.Mild cognitive impairment(MCI)is a transitional state between normal aging and dementia,also the critical stage for preventive treatment of AD.Diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)and blood oxygenation level dependent functional MRI(BOLD-fMRI)were commonly used to evaluate structural and functional connectivity of brain and explain related mechanisms.The progresses of MRI researches on brain connectivity changes and mechanisms of MCI were reviewed in this article.
