“反力架+混凝土预制块”预压挂篮施工技术

摘要 结合某工程项目实例对预压挂篮系统的施工技术进行研究分析,论证出反力架预压施工的安全性与合理性。挂篮反力架预压施工技术原理是利用液压千斤顶的作用力,对混凝土施工过程中挂篮的受力状况进行模拟,论证出挂篮预压的施工效率。整体而言,挂篮反力架预压施工技术的成本相对比较低,施工效率非常高,同时还具备良好的安全性。 Based on an example of a certain engineering project,this article conducts research and analysis on the construction technology of the pre pressing hanging basket system,and demonstrates the safety and rationality of the pre pressing construction of the reaction frame.The principle of pre pressing construction technology for hanging basket reaction frame is to use the force of hydraulic jacks to simulate the stress state of the hanging basket during concrete construction,and to demonstrate the construction efficiency of hanging basket pre pressing.Overall,the cost of pre pressing construction technology for hanging basket reaction frame is relatively low,the construction efficiency is very high,and it also has good safety.
